Our Top 5 Favorite Brand Activation Locations in Los Angeles

Los Angeles offers an incredible variety of venues, from lush outdoor spaces to innovative event halls, each with its unique charm. At The Cart Collective, we’ve partnered with some of LA’s most iconic locations to bring unforgettable brand activations to life. Here’s a recap of our favorite venues and how we customized our offerings to match their distinctive vibes.

1. Rolling Greens – Downtown Los Angeles

Known for capturing the beauty of Southern California, Rolling Greens offers thoughtfully designed indoor-outdoor venues ideal for everything from corporate events to location shoots. With lush greenery and a serene ambiance, it’s a dream setting for activations that need a natural yet upscale backdrop.

For Major League Soccer and Nativa SPA, we served our signature paletas, offering refreshing flavors that perfectly complemented the outdoor setting. Guests enjoyed treats like mango and watermelon paletas while mingling in the beautiful, sunlit space. Rolling Greens’ effortless blend of nature and sophistication made these activations feel both relaxed and luxurious.

2. Magic Box – Downtown Los Angeles

Located in the heart of DTLA, Magic Box is celebrated for its cutting-edge facilities and flexible layouts, making it a go-to venue for large-scale productions, conventions, and expos. The industrial-chic aesthetic and versatility of the space allow for virtually any concept to come to life.

During the Prego Expo, we provided custom carts branded to align with the event’s theme, serving a selection of gelato and paletas. The sleek, modern design of the carts fit seamlessly into the venue’s innovative atmosphere, while the treats added a pop of fun and flavor to the experience. Magic Box’s ability to adapt to any vision made it a standout partner for this activation.

3. PicklePop – Santa Monica Promenade

Situated on the bustling Santa Monica Promenade, PicklePop is a hotspot for pickleball enthusiasts and a unique venue for high-energy brand activations. Its location in the heart of Santa Monica, coupled with the excitement of the fast-growing pickleball trend, creates a lively, engaging atmosphere.

We partnered with Lululemon and YouTube to serve refreshing paletas to players and spectators alike. With a unique venue like this our client asked us to create pickle paletas. This venue’s blend of activity and community spirit makes it a favorite for activations with a sporty or wellness focus.

4. Hart & Main – Newhall

Nestled in the charming community of Newhall, Hart & Main combines elegant design, planning expertise, and flexible spaces to host a variety of events. The venue’s boutique feel and attention to detail make it a favorite for intimate and creative activations.

For Melissa Imperial’s Cryo Facial Ice Popsicles, we provided a custom-branded popsicle cart that seamlessly aligned with her branding. The cryotherapy theme paired beautifully with our popsicle cart, creating a cohesive and memorable experience for attendees.

5. Abbot Kinney – Venice

Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice is renowned as a hub for creativity, style, and cutting-edge brands. The trendy location attracts a diverse crowd, making it an ideal spot for impactful brand activations.

For J.Crew and Madewell, we set up carts serving paletas that matched the chic yet laid-back vibe of Abbot Kinney. Shoppers and passersby enjoyed the sweet treats as they explored the bustling street. The minimalistic design of our carts blended effortlessly with the aesthetic of both brands, creating an elevated yet approachable experience.
